@Barry Lewis Thanks for the warm welcome. I really appreciate it. It sounds like you have a strong background, especially with intermodal and hazmat work, which is impressive. Getting your own authority is a big step, but it seems like you are taking the right approach by adding dispatching to your skillset. I am on a similar path, just trying to learn as much as I can and figure out where I fit best in this space, and I will definitely be asking questions and learning from others’ experiences.
