What you want, is already here. It's always been here. When we allow the mind to rest, the fog to settle, we can see clearly the truth... There's an awareness that's absolutely complete. From this wholeness you can accomplish all things, through resting, and taking action at the same time. How do we access this? Through daily mind training, coming back and letting things settle. Through resting into trust. Rest into your nature.

Are you aware, of this?
Awareness might be the most underrated skill of our time. Everything out there wants your attention. Algorithms, notifications, outrage cycles, ads, opinions. All of it pulling you somewhere you didn’t choose to go. The moment you become aware, you take the wheel back. That’s what stillness is. That’s what meditation is. Not emptying your mind, not escaping reality. Just noticing. Noticing your breath. Noticing the thought that just tried to hijack you. Noticing the emotion sitting in your chest. In that noticing, something shifts. You stop being dragged. You start choosing. That’s where real rest lives. Not in doing nothing, but in finally being present for your own life. Try it for 60 seconds today. Just notice. See what changes.

Hello everyone! I'm Jorick, I have practiced meditation since I was 14 and am 32 now. Not as extensive and committed as Brandon but it has helped me so much throughtout my life. Other than that I am a gamer, everything game related I love. Board games, video games, sports with game elements. I've been an entrepreneur since I was 17 as well and discovered I had ADHD 11 years later and I also discovered that that was holding me back. Now I help entrepreneurs with ADHD turn the curses of ADHD into their superpower. I do that here on Skool and I try to gamify as much as I can on it and I absolutely love it.

Guided Meditation: Saying "Yes, Thank You" to Life
In today's meditation, we allowed ourselves to calm down by watching the breath. Then we invited an open view of awareness. From this open view, we eased up enough to where every single thing that came up, we said yes, thank you. When we said these words, we felt our heart. You can practice meditation in this way anytime, and just this week, experiment with saying yes, thank you to life.
