Help with 11Labs Voicemail detection
I’m building an AI receptionist for my travel agency and have most of the core functionality working. It can handle inbound and outbound calls, check my calendar before scheduling callback appointments, and transfer calls to me on request. The main issue I’m running into is voicemail handling. The system correctly detects voicemail, but after leaving the message, it does not hang up. Instead, it appears to wait for a response as if it’s expecting further interaction. I’m using ElevenLabs for this setup. Has anyone encountered this behavior or know how to properly handle voicemail detection and call termination in this case?
