Hey guys I am out in Scottsdale Arizona. I am in real estate and primarily focus on luxury development and sales for single family homes. Last two years facilitated $300M on and off market and have about $200M in the active pipeline for 2026. Goal of mine next 90 days is to work on my networking and outward presence as I believe one of of strongest advantages in business is relationships. Build that out and close or go pending on $50M total in the next 90 days.
