Morning team, I’d like your honest opinion on something.
I’ve noticed that interactions on this Skool page are quite low most of the time. I completely understand that many of you are watching, reading, and using the information without always commenting, and that’s absolutely fine. The most important thing is that you’re benefiting from it. However, I’ve been considering the idea of transferring this content over to my new Instagram page instead. You would still get the same level of accountability, the same information, education, and support. Nothing would change in terms of the value you receive. From a business point of view, it would also make more sense, as Instagram would allow the content to reach a much larger audience and help me reach more people who need help. It would also remove the ongoing platform cost for me. This isn’t a definite decision yet, just something I’m seriously considering. I’ve spoken to a couple of you already and you agreed it could work well, but I’d like to hear from everyone. Instagram would also allow you to DM me privately, which can sometimes be easier when discussing more personal topics. If you haven’t already, please follow my new page here: @coachsimonstubbsdaily I’ll be building this page up and sharing plenty of valuable content there. Please let me know your honest thoughts below. Your feedback genuinely matters and will help me decide the best way to move forward. Coach Si

@Simon Stubbs I agree with @Rav Tank mate this app is great but from a business perspective it would probably make more sense for you to transfer to instagram as you would be reaching a wider audience, and also from a person like myself who have many apps on my phone I find it hard to view all content on all my social apps without being glued to my phone for long periods of time and as instagram is my social media platform what I find my self browsing the most would be nice to have it all under one platform if that makes sense 👍🏻💪🏻
Monday Morning Team !
So here we are… the start of Week 8 for those of you who began on January 5th. Firstly — take a second to appreciate that. 8 weeks of commitment. 8 weeks of showing up. 8 weeks of changing your life. That alone puts you ahead of the vast majority of people who quit after 2–3 weeks. The big question now is… How’s it going for you? - How much stronger do you feel? - How much more in control are you with food? - How much has your mindset changed? - And of course… how much progress have you made physically? Because remember — this was never just about 8 weeks. This was about building habits that last forever. I have to say, last week’s check-ins were excellent. The consistency. The honesty. The effort. This is exactly why people get results. Not perfection… Consistency. Now here’s the next question… For those coming to the end of the 8-week plan… Who’s extending their journey? Because the truth is — the people who continue are the ones who completely transform. 8 weeks can change a lot… But 16 weeks? 24 weeks? A year? That’s where the real magic happens. This isn’t a quick fix. This is a lifestyle. Let’s finish Week 8 strong 💥 No easing off. No coasting to the finish. Push through. Stay focused. Finish proud. Drop a comment below 👇 Are you finishing at Week 8 or are you continuing your journey? Let’s go 🔥

SKOOL MORNING POST – LET’S GET THIS GROUP FIRING AGAIN 👇
Good morning team, I’ll be honest… interactions have dropped a bit in here lately. And that’s exactly why I wanted to post this today. Because this group isn’t just here for me to post and you to read… It’s here for YOU to be involved. The people who get the best results aren’t the ones who sit quietly in the background. They’re the ones who: ✅ Check in consistently ✅ Ask questions ✅ Share their wins (big or small) ✅ Stay accountable Even something as simple as commenting keeps you mentally locked in. Remember… this isn’t just a program. This is a community of people all working towards the same goal. And I want every single one of you to succeed. So let’s get this going again… Drop a comment below and tell me ONE thing: What is your goal right now? Fat loss? Build muscle? Get fitter? Be more consistent? Drop a clothes size? Comment it below 👇 No pressure. No judgement. Just commitment. Let’s have a strong week. Coach Simon 💪

The news I’ve been waiting for.
Today I got the all clear. Melanoma gone. Cancer clear. 🙏 After 2 surgeries and a decent amount of skin taken away, I can finally breathe again. I won’t lie — the anxiety, the sleepless nights, the overthinking… it’s been heavy. And after losing our dog Buddy last week, this has honestly been the worst start to a year I can remember. But maybe now… we can press reset. The timing couldn’t be better. This weekend Em and I are off to Prague to celebrate her 50th, and in 4 weeks we’re heading to Mexico 🇲🇽 Much needed. I’m so grateful I got checked when I did. If I’d ignored it, months or years down the line things could have been very different. Huge shoutout to the incredible team at the dermatology department at Queen’s Medical Centre — diagnosed and treated me so quickly. The NHS gets a lot of bad press, but this team were absolutely brilliant. And to Emma, Hannah, Toby, their partners, family, friends, and all my clients — thank you for the love and support. It means more than you know. Now… off to buy the highest factor sun cream known to man for Mexico 😅☀️ If you’re ever unsure — get checked. Don’t wait.

Brilliant news mate 💪🏻👊🏻
Monday check-in. Second week of February already.
If motivation has dipped a little lately, that’s normal — it happens to everyone. Motivation comes and goes. What matters is what you do when it’s not there. Take a second and actually look back at how far you’ve already come this year. You started. You showed up. You made changes. Even if progress feels slower than you hoped, you’re still miles ahead of where you were in January. Fat loss, fitness, and body change aren’t built on perfect weeks — they’re built on average, consistent weeks stacked together. Missed a session? Get back on track today. Had a poor weekend? One good day puts you right back in control. This is your reminder: - You don’t need to restart - You don’t need extremes - You just need to keep going Small daily actions done consistently will always beat bursts of motivation followed by burnout. New week. Fresh focus. Show up today and let the results take care of themselves 💪
