🌟 Week 2 Challenge: Respect Across Differences 🌟
This week, we’re practicing respect in the moments it matters most—when we don’t see eye to eye. 👉 Your challenge: Find one person who has a different perspective than you—at work, in your family, or even in a casual conversation. Instead of debating, practice: - Listening without interrupting - Asking questions with curiosity - Avoiding judgmental language Then come back here and share: - Who did you connect with? - What did you learn from listening to their perspective? - How did it feel to choose respect over disagreement? 💡 Remember: We don’t have to agree to treat each other with dignity. Let’s see how many bridges we can build this week 🌍💙

🌟 Week 2 Challenge: Respect Across Differences 🌟
💼 Respect at Work
Respect in the workplace can make or break the culture. For me, it’s when people actually listen in meetings instead of just waiting for their turn to talk. 👉 What’s one thing at work that instantly makes you feel respected—or disrespected? Your stories might help someone else rethink how they show up at work tomorrow.

🌍 Respect Across Differences
We don’t always have to agree with someone to respect them. In fact, real respect often shows up when we don’t see eye to eye. It might be in a conversation with a coworker, a family member, or even a stranger who sees the world differently than you. In those moments, respect isn’t about winning an argument—it’s about listening, staying open, and showing dignity even in disagreement. 👉 What’s one way you’ve shown respect to someone you disagreed with? Your stories might give someone else here a new perspective or tool they can use this week.

I think one of the biggest ways to show respect is valuing someone’s time. For me, that means being present—like putting the phone away when someone is talking. It sends the message: “You matter more than this screen.” Little things like that show people their time and presence are important, and it makes a huge difference.

@K-ann Loewen Wow, thank you for sharing this so openly 💙. What you said really hits home—trust, presence, and listening without judgment are such powerful ways to show respect. I know with the divorce you’re going through it would be hard to trust and feel respected as things can get you down. But stay positive and when things are done you will feel amazing!!

This is very true. You never know what someone is going through either
