Hey everyone! I just wanted to let everyone know, mainly my 6pm friends, I may be absent for a little bit longer. I have been dealing with a hurt hamstring and this past week it’s gotten worse. I’m fairly certain it’s not torn but am trying to take it easier to manage the pain. I’m going to do my rehab for it and I’ll be back super strong! Just may skip 2 or 3 leg day workouts. See you guys all as soon as I can! Upper body is about to get jacked while my leg heals 💪🏼
