The MarsAI Festival in Marseille is now accepting submissions for 1-minute films created with AI or hybrid techniques under the theme: “Imagine Desirable Futures.” Deadline is June 1st. “And the Winner is…” In the not-so-distant future, Mars has been colonized for 87 years. It is a paradise. The rich, famous, scientists, doctors, and engineers are long gone… and nothing on Earth has changed since 1975. Earth is bleak now. Hope is rare. The only hope comes in the form of a monthly global lottery. Every month, 1000 fortunate souls are given a new life on Mars. This is the story of a few of last month’s winners. Meet Latoya Watkins and her son Erskine. Reporter Alicia Tittlebaum and her cameraman Buck Salzberg document their journey… only to discover they themselves have also won a new life on Mars. I have the cast, shot list, and narrator voice completed. Next comes VO narration and building the starting frames. Hoping to have it complete by the end of the week. This one should be fun.

And that will be it... Midjourney will remain in its current role, then See3D 2.0 (creators of Seedance 2.0) to turn 2d into 3D and then Unreal to animate and post in DaVinci... Stay tuned :)
