Noodlin’ around, I call this, “Birch tree”
Found Jaco’s Open D tuning course. Fantastic, haven’t been able to play anything else in the last few weeks. Here’s something that resonated w/ me. (I tuned the open D to open D# (Eb) just because it’s a bit easier to sing to. But same Open D shapes) Not done w/ this, but this is what I have so far

@Jay Hein Pretty much! Other than the power chords, I don’t really know what I’m playing haha. I just mess around with different shapes and throw in notes that sound good, and eventually it turns into something I like. Trial & Error
