📌 Welcome to Kingdom Lifters — Read This First
If you’re reading this, you made a decision that a lot of men never make. You decided that enough is enough. Enough coasting. Enough meaning to get in shape “one day.” Enough living like your body doesn’t matter to your mission. Welcome to Kingdom Lifters — a brotherhood of men who are done settling and ready to show up strong. In the gym, in their homes, and in their calling. Here’s how to get started: 1️⃣ Introduce yourself below — drop your name, where you’re from, and one word that describes where you are right now physically or spiritually. Let the brotherhood meet you. 2️⃣ Head to the Classroom and start with the START HERE section before anything else. It will orient you and plug you in immediately. 3️⃣ Work through the Spirit & Strength Framework — four modules that will lay the foundation before you ever touch a weight. Don’t skip this. 4️⃣ Follow The Temple Physique Roadmap — seven steps that take you from where you are to where you are going. 5️⃣ Show up to the live events — Weekly Bible Study Call and Weekly Workout at Metro Flex Gym are where this community comes alive. Get them on your calendar now. A word from the founders: We built Kingdom Lifters because we couldn’t find a space that took both faith and fitness seriously at the same time. Not one without the other. Both — together — as they were always meant to be. This is not a hype community. We don’t chase motivation. We build discipline. We hold each other to a standard. And we do it as brothers. Your body is a temple. It’s time to start treating it like one. Now introduce yourself below 👇🏿 — We read every single one. — Jay & Chris

Hi I’m Jonathan van Wert. My fitness journey started in high school because I was deeply insecure about my physique, in a way I’m glad I was because it turned into such a concrete habit for me. I’ve been lifting on average 6x a week since then and got into martial arts for a couple years. My journey with faith is a lot different, I’ve been a believer more or less my whole life, but a few things happened around 2021 that felt miraculous to me. Now I’m actively trying to hear from both sides, educated Christians and atheists, to make my understanding and faith of the events of the Bible as strong as they can be.
