…if you play them simply. I am playing a lot of Christmas Music around town this year. Sometimes the hard chords or unusual rhythms can be intimidating but take them out. You can play ALL the Christmas songs more simply than you think. Don’t get locked in the genre or radio version of a song. Strum a G chord and start singing.

What did you do on the guitar this weekend? We had a family sing-along time on Friday and Sunday. It was a great time to practice some simple songs with my eight-year-old on the guitar. We only get to play Christmas songs once a year, and it was a chance to start teach teaching him some of our favorites.
