Notion Templates
Does anyone have any good Notion templates for content creation, KPI Tracking, or overall business?

Hey if you or anyone is still looking for this, shoot a DM. I found a few methods with gpt agent mode to cook these up Iโ€™ve been able to reproduce the 80/20 of premium templates for free, itโ€™s pretty sweet

@Marcin Hakemer-Fernandez Didnโ€™t want to get in trouble for self promo by dropping links, seen a few communities frown on that https://plinkosolutions.gumroad.com/l/Frameworks?layout=profile Free download here, also has a link showing you how to make your own You can also feed a notion template (even if itโ€™s premium) into Qwen.ai and it does a decent job of ripping it
4 Months Into E-commerceโ€ฆ Lessons From My Shopify Journey
Hello everyone, I recently joined this community and thought to share a bit of my journey so far. About four months ago, I stepped into e-commerce as a complete novice. As a stay-at-home mom trying to make ends meet and earn some extra income on the side, I had no idea how much there was to learn. Fast-forward to today, Iโ€™m beginning to understand the basics of how consistency, testing, and patience all come together. And now Iโ€™m seeing consistent sales and profit on my Shopify store. It hasnโ€™t been easy, but every step has been worth it. One thing Iโ€™ve realized is: success in e-commerce isnโ€™t overnight, itโ€™s about building the right habits and systems. Iโ€™d love to hear from you: - What was the hardest part of your first few months in business? - If you could go back, whatโ€™s one thing youโ€™d do differently when starting out? Looking forward to learning from your experiences too!

The concept of surface area is top of my mind for me In products, services, brand building, whatever it is, the more volume you have and the more you show up in whatever domain youโ€™re competing on, the more traffic youโ€™ll produce Earlier on I was focused on lead gen purely as an outbound effort, and I still do proportionately more than my inbound efforts. If Iโ€™d go back, I donโ€™t know if Iโ€™d change too much, but I always think about what opportunities I wouldโ€™ve squeezed more that would be ROI for inbound Word of mouth really is the strongest current of marketing
๐Ÿ’ก From Juggling Jobs to Building My Own Online Store
Before I started my business, I was a mother working multiple jobs, always searching for ways to earn more because I had to take care of my family alone. As an only child and a single mom of two, giving up was never an option. One day, I stumbled upon e-commerce. It sounded like the perfect fit, no inventory, no shipping stress, and the freedom to work from anywhere. I went all in. It took me 3 months to set up my store (yes, I was learning everything from scratch ๐Ÿ˜…). Then came the hard partโ€ฆ Months 1 to 5 โ€” no sales. I started losing hope, thinking maybe I wasnโ€™t tech-savvy enough. I hired a โ€œmarketing professionalโ€ who promised big results if I invested heavily in ads. I paid about $700/month for 4 months, and still got nothing. At that point, I was ready to shut everything down. But then, something shifted. A friend who got help on Upwork suggested I try it too. After some vetting, I found a real professional who did a free store audit. That audit changed everything. Turns out: - My products werenโ€™t trending. - My store wasnโ€™t optimized. - And my design wasnโ€™t appealing. We worked together to fix everything, new products, better branding, and a clear marketing plan. Fast forward 5 months later, my store now generates a steady income every month. ๐Ÿ™Œ Below are my results from 5 months ago and my present result. I have learnt to always keep screenshots of my progress overtime. This experience taught me that sometimes, you donโ€™t need to give up, you just need the right person to guide you and a willingness to learn.

This is really cool! Do you use any special tools for product research? Iโ€™ve dabbled in ecom in the past and ran into roadblocks with that part. Felt that $700 for 4 months not creating change, RnD hurts the bank
