Anyone set up ComfyUI (Local Image Gen) before?
Title https://www.comfy.org/ for context Running into issues that Google/Perplexity can't save me from and I've poured days into this. Last resort if I can't crack this, it is what it is Shoot a DM if you've got experience with this
Google's Newly Native No Code Automation Builder
Seems like they're really going for a full ecosystem or suite of tools. No free version (outside of a trial) though, curious how it stands against its already market-dominant competitors Just came out today (December 3rd) https://workspace.google.com/studio/ Anyone playing with it yet? I imagine this would be an easier sell to enterprise clients that are already G-Suite native.

@Eric McPherson Yeah that is interesting. You can get away with building automation scripts in Antigravity, it seems obvious it's the superior "no code" automation builder right now. Timing is also interesting. OpenAI usually does a long holiday runway, these releases seem to be dropped right before they have a chance to coordinate and come up with hard hitting competitive tools. OpenAI's agent builder was frankly a flop. I tested it for a few days and it continually bugged out, wouldn't sync with much. Would love to see how much/how little the hiccups are with this one

Super cool, anybody want to do this with me?
Hi everyone,
My name is Jhoana, and I live in Colombia. I joined this community a few days ago, but I had not introduced myself yet because the main language here is English, and I do not speak it fluently. I usually translate everything to understand the content, but that has not stopped me from being here and learning. I work in digital marketing, focused on sales funnels, and for some time now, artificial intelligence and automations have become topics I am truly passionate about. My goal for next year is to solidify my business, automate my own processes, and once I master this field, offer automation services to other businesses to scale even further. Even though I do not speak English yet, I am determined to learn. I watch Nate’s videos with automatic translation or Spanish subtitles, and every day I understand a little more. I love his teaching style, and that is why I am here: because I want to learn as much as possible and take advantage of all the value this community offers. I had not introduced myself before because I wasn’t sure how to do it, but today I decided to take the step. I know this is a challenge for me, but I am committed. Thank you for having me. I am ready to learn, grow, and contribute however I can. Greetings from Colombia šŸ‡ØšŸ‡“šŸ™ŒšŸ»

Welcome!
Need some real advice from devs who’ve built real estate automations
Hey everyone, I’m working with a real estate developer client and building out a workflow that automates a big chunk of their process. It’s a lot of API integrations, pulling all the lot data into a Google Sheet, updating it every few hours, plus gathering agent info and connecting it all so it actually becomes actionable. I want to make sure I’m thinking about the architecture correctly before I scale this out. If anyone here has experience with: • Real estate data APIs • Multi-step automations (n8n, Make, custom webhook logic, etc.) • Structuring data for lead routing • Pricing automation setups for developers …then I would love your input. Especially on: 1. How you’d approach pulling + syncing reliable agent details 2. Keeping everything clean and deduped 3. What a fair setup fee + monthly retainer looks like for this type of automation If you’re open to sharing wisdom or hopping on a quick call, I’d massively appreciate it. Trying to do this right the first time. Thanks in advance!

@Hicham Char I second this. Without being too technical, there's "states" that database inquiries go through. You might be better off exploring Airtable and/or a RAG setup, happy to answer any Q's if ya need it -fellow real estate agent who's built dozens of these automations
