Think before you act I am currently on my lunch break at day 2 of new job 2 weeks of training. I am acknowledging that I need to think before I act and only way I can think of to do that is anticipating what is going to happen and trying to do that Owner of group has been so helpful that I thought you and him could help me. After evaluating my actions and how I have been at new job. I could come to work and be told. You are fired. I deserve to be fired. I am not wanting to know how to act if I get fired I just in general know think before act is hard for me. Well if I get fired. I think because a third company is training me that they have no control over me. This is not my fault there is too much happening at this job. They are being unprofessional firing and reprimand people. It is our second day at new job that isn't good for us. Well I don't care if I got fired and if I do get fired I will blame the trainer because they aren't making us feel welcome and my boss needs to know this and he would probably say I will talk with them and if things don't change please don't quit this isn't a reflection of our company!!!
