He should focus more on quality. He post too often.

My YouTube Un-Successful Experience
Hi Synthesizers, I've been posting quite regularly on Youtube for almost 3.5 years, and I'm still very stuck. I talk about my expertise about sports injuries and produce some Guides and blueprints to solve the problems on your own. My approach to the topic is quite controversial, since I only use physical exercise whereas others do many things, some of which doesn't work And as a practitioner, I have very good results Yet After 200+ long-form videos and 300+ short form videos I'm growing very slowly. I'm at 1420 subs and the monetization is still a long way out. My goal is to build authority and have leads and clients coming in organically. That goal, in a very limited way, is reached. Yet since I put a lot of effort on this area, I'm thinking that there is something wrong with what i'm doing that is holding the results back What do you think about that? Do you have any suggestion? P.S. please note that I speak italian to italians P.P.S for the curious ones, here's the link to the channel https://www.youtube.com/@GabrieleAntognelli

That's a bit too low. You would need to focus on promoting your video better by using keywords, tags, and study what works. Find patterns from people who are doing something similar and take inspiration from that in your thumbnail. However, keep in mind, that you'll need to change two things about your thumbnail to make it unique. Make your first 5 and 30 seconds of the video your hook, and make that align with your title and thumbnail. If you need help with your title and thumbnail, check out Vidiq.

Only use 4 words in your thumbnail, otherwise it looks very good. The video itself hooked me very good the first few seconds. Try implementing some of these things in your title: https://twitter.com/jthomas__?lang=da

You can reduce the quote to either 'waste time' or 'do nothing'.
My first YouTube video with 1K views
Sharing a recent milestone. My latest video (which is only my 3rd published video) just reached 1k views. I'm so excited to learn more from this community so I can become better at my craft and become a great synthesizer! Thank you to everyone for the tips and tricks that you share here, especially to @Andrew Kirby for all the lessons and realizations.

Avoid using the same text for your thumbnail and title. Use only four words in your thumbnail to pass the glance test. Spark curiosity while keeping it simple.
