Hey, I’ve made this post a couple times now but haven’t had anyone legitimate reach out yet. Essentially, I’m in the Florida market and I currently have leads and deals coming in. I’m sending out offers and getting contracts signed. I’m looking for someone to JV with who can help guide me through the closing process and assist with finding buyers.
