Just you, your phone or laptop, and a few intentional moves. Here's your weekend AI plan: 🧠 MOVE 1 — Saturday morning (15 min) PROMPT YOUR WEEK Open ChatGPT or Claude. Type: "I'm a [what you do]. Here are my top 5 goals this week: [list them]. Help me identify the 3 most important ones and suggest the best order to tackle them." Let AI be your thinking partner — not your replacement. ⚡ MOVE 2 — Saturday afternoon (20 min) BUILD ONE THING Pick ONE: a social post, a follow-up email template, a bio, a FAQ for your offer, or a video outline. Use AI to draft it. Edit it in your voice. Publish or save it. You now have an asset. That's AI working for you. 🔁 MOVE 3 — Sunday evening (10 min) REFLECT AND LOG Ask AI: "Here's what I worked on this week: [summary]. What should I focus on first Monday morning to keep momentum?"
