How to cook sausages perfectly according to the BBQ Nation method
Sharing method I learned in the BBQ 101 course from BBQ Quebec. To cook your sausages well without burning them the best method is to use indirect cooking. 1. Heat up your BBQ to 350-400 Fahrenheit. 2. You can the place the sausages on the upper grill of your BBQ for indirect cooking. If you do not have an upper grill, create a direct and indirect zone on the bottom grill. 3. Once your sausages reach an internal temperature of at least 160 Fahrenheit you can sear them briefly on 2 sides. 4. Let them rest for 5-6 minutes. The juices will balance themselves within the sausages. The result will be perfectly cooked and very tasty sausages without any burned areas. Try it out!
