The method comes from Andrej Karpathy - the same pattern the godfather of AI uses for his own knowledge system. What we built: - A vault that ingests any source (YouTube transcripts, PDFs, tweets) - Wiki pages that Claude writes and cross-references automatically - A Claude.md schema that loads before every session so Claude already knows who you are The result: Claude stops having amnesia. Hey everyone, Over the past week, I’ve been working on something exciting—automating short-form content creation so you can go from an idea to a complete AI-generated video in minutes. Last week, I built an automation that can create a full UGC-style promo video with an AI avatar, all from a single prompt. I even shared a demo on my YouTube if you’d like to check it out. Here’s how it works: 1. You provide a one-line prompt describing the product for which you want a UGC video. 2. It generates high-quality images of that product. 3. The images are stitched into a dynamic short-form video using Creatomate. 4. Finally, an AI avatar appears in the video to promote the product. It’s a complete idea-to-video pipeline—ready to post, fully automated.
