Lemon Seeds
I feel silly that this is an issue, but I've noticed since we wedge our lemons, there are times where we have ALOT of seeds at the bottom of the cup. Has anyone found a solution for this? If you just use the lemon squeezer, the seeds are caught, but once we wedge and muddle/smash, there are a bunch of seeds. ChatGPT recommends a strainer, which may be our only option. It just adds time, which can be frustrating when busy. Curious if anyone else has found some great solutions.
Ice Supply
Hey everyone, We are two events in and having a blast! First event was 2 hours and we sold 100 drinks, second event was 3 hours and we sold over 120. The main thing that keeps getting close and almost running out is ice. For a smaller event, I can take about 120lbs of ice with my three coolers no problem. If we were to do a large festival where we needed hundreds of pounds, I'm trying to figure out how to manage that. I have cheaper walmart coolers, so I also lose some to melting with us constantly opening and closing the cooler. Usually for community events, ice is around the corner, but I'm curious how you all handle needing hundreds of pounds of ice. I've seen some of Ben's posts, but don't know if we'll be able to get access to a plug in cooler or not. I've thought about renting the large coolers from a party rental company. I don't mind investing in them, but also they take up a bunch of space in my garage! Also, we're still in a pop up tent, so a lot of hauling and moving things around. I appreciate any insight!
