December 2024, we decided to make a fundamental change to our lending company. We were making money with these flat rates of return, but realized that it wasn't sustainable. By Feburary 2025 we signed the new parternship paperwork. We deployed our first 130K on April 1st into the new model and have now earned our lending partners 62K through our first 7 months.
