They are getting an agent for each department, each agent trained on their particular tasks, and able to access customer information and create help tickets and send emails if needed. Depending on size I can be a little more flexible on pricing. This company is both in Southern California and Northern California and expanding into Arizona, which accounts for the pricing. I’m offering a $6500 per agent (deals are available on multiple agents) setup fee, and $1200 a month in maintenance with 1500 minutes of talk time included. I built an email support agent for a company that hasn’t reviewed it yet, it was a referral and they were and potentially are interested in the agent. Instead of just sitting around continuing to wait on them I’d like to start selling it to people now. Any suggestions?
