Milestone! So close but so far to go!
When I started really training, watching what I eat, researching Tirz, and eventually adding Tesa and Impa I didn’t know anything or really what to expect. In April 2025 I was: 254 pounds: 6’2” Skeletal Muscle Mass: 81.4 pounds % Body Fat of 32.7% The pic was from the Gym today: 203 with clothes SMM 91.7 pounds - gained 10.3 pounds of muscle % Body Fat down to 20.1%!!! Next GOAL 15% Body Fat!!!

@Brian Duclos thank you! I don’t always recognize results in the mirror but I was pretty happy with the numbers. Numbers don’t lie and do tell a story.

Not going to comment on the Pep I’m disappointed in so far cause it could be me own perception or not researching correctly. Tirz, by far exceeded anything I thought was possible.
