I want to hear from you guys. What are your goals for 2026? I know as bio hackers and researchers were always trying to optimize. I really can’t believe how much my life has changed in the past year. I recorded this video below today after leaving gym and last year I was in a much worse spot mentally. I can truly say sticking to something and creating a little micro habits every single day or what leads to new results. My goal for 2026: finding balance between overall health (sleep, recovery, cognition) and still accomplishing all my goals when it comes to building up this community. Then the second goal is to be present in whatever I’m doing. Whether that’s spending time with family and friends or working.
