From “Where Do I Get Leads?” To $21,500 In Work In 30 Days
About a month ago, Jeff and his wife were golfing and he asked me a simple question: “Where the heck do I get these leads?” At that point, his land clearing business wasn’t doing much. No consistent revenue. No real lead engine. Just a guy with a machine who wanted to work. He joined Accelerator and starting showing up to the OPS Training calls on Saturday monrings He launched one simple Facebook ad, and started following the playbook. Here’s what’s happened in less than 30 days after joining: Current revenue booked: $21,500 Cash collected so far: $10,450 Backlog value: $13,500 New leads: 6 Quotes / site visits done: 6 Jobs sold: 4 (75% close rate) None of this is magic. Here’s what actually changed. He filmed the before/after Facebook ad and launched it. Not a cinematic masterpiece. Just a clear “before,” a clean “after,” and a simple offer for land clearing. He called every lead fast. 6 leads came in. He called all 6. No “I’ll call them tomorrow.” No letting them sit over the weekend. He booked fast site visits. 6 leads → 6 site visits on the calendar. He controlled what he could control: calls and appointments. You don’t need perfect sales training to win when you stack the basics like this. You need: A proven ad that actually gets land clearing leads. A rule for yourself: call leads fast and book the visit. A habit of showing up looking like the person who should get paid. Jeff did that for one month and turned “where do I get leads?” into $21,500 in work and a $13,500 backlog going into the busiest part of the season. If you already have a mulcher and you’re serious about growing this year, you’ve got two options: 1. keep trying to figure it out alone 2. Copy the proven playbook that Jeff used If you want our team to help you set up the ad and build the follow-up and scorecard so you’re not guessing, click here and book an OPS Game Plan call. We’ll map out your goals and see if what we have inside Accelerator is a good fit for you this season.

Well done! Keep up the good work!
$25k in Jobs Done, Another $23k on the Books
Starting this winter, I spent $1700 in boosted posts and also word of mouth got me over $25k done from the winter, and now after posting a video since last Friday and more references, I have another $23k on the books with more estimates to do this week. Here's the video that I just posted. I mumbled a bit and did the video sideways, so speaking better and holding the phone upright would make it better.

LIVESTREAM: Ads That Actually Work
If you’ve ever: - Boosted a post and got nothing - Hired an “ads guy” and only got tire kickers - Been scared to even open Ads Manager …you need to be on this. Today, Jacob is breaking down his 3-part Facebook ad framework he’s using right now to get real land clearing / mulching jobs from Facebook. No fluff. Just: - What to say in the ad - Who to show it to - What happens after they click so it turns into booked work When: Today at 7am MST / 8am CST / 9am EST Where: https://youtube.com/@theownerop Comment “ADS” if you're coming

This is exactly what I've been asking myself the past 2 days. Thanks for calling out the shiny object problem!

@Austin Gray Also looking forward to learning more about Zapier. I've been trying to set it up properly for about 3 days now.
STARTER WINS
Here are my calculated crew day rate and minimum job. I know I'm behind on this, I've been pretty busy with jobs coming in. Crew day rate: $2358. Minimum job size: $1000 for really local jobs.

Thank you for the feedback! I really appreciate it! Yeah, that makes sense. I've taken a couple of those small jobs locally to help with cashflow and also to prove that I can do a bigger job. I did one $1000 job that should hopefully lead to a $7-9000 job for the same customer. I had to sell his wife on the idea and the smaller job did it. But yeah, I'm working on getting the bigger ones now. It's been a learning curve, that's for sure! The mob and demob here with $5.50 diesel and the cost of everything makes it harder

I started a land clearing company in Alaska to provide for my new family. I come from a family business and farm and have an entrepreneurial drive.
