Domain Separation by Campaigns
Hey guys, do you all do separation of domains via the cold outreach campaign? Or do you all mix all your domains into all campaigns that you are doing? Not from an agency POV where you are handling clients from different niches, but from an inhouse outbound POV. IE, let's assume the niche is "AI Marketing Services" Campaign A (Free audit) -> Domain #1 to #10 Campaign B (Pay per Lead, 1st 10 leads free) -> Domain #11 to #20 Campaign C (Loom video breakdown) -> Domain #21 to #30
Stagger Emails
Do you guys stagger your emails from a company level? Let's say you are trying to reach out to 3 prospects in Company ABC. Do you all stagger via: - Day 1 -> Email #1 to Prospect J - Day 3 -> Email #1 to Prospect K - Day 5 -> Email #1 to Prospect L

Domain Infra Fingerprinting
I'm curious if from a domain infra POV, does these actions lead to fingerprinting/clustering? (which eventually lead to degradation of deliverability) same-day domain registration ↓ same warmup start date & timeline ↓ same campaign launch day ↓ same send cadence ↓ same campaign copy (even with spintax) Or am I overthinking stuff here? Can I ignore all the 1st 4 if I am changing my copy frequently?

Testing & Replacing Domains
I'm curious on how do you diagnose if a domain is an issue when sending campaigns? Like when is it a sign to rotate and replace domains. Build a scalable system with buffer: Many domains + many inboxes + low volume per inbox, plus 20–30% extra capacity so you can rotate, test, and replace domains without stalling campaigns.

@Dean Fiacco Hey Dean, heres the inbox placement test for the domains in question. For google 3/4 are landing into spam. So most likely it's a copy fingerprinting issue (just switch copy) and not a burned domain/email issue yes?
