good morning and happy Friday to everybody. My name is John Stokes and I am from Chicago. I currently live about 30 miles away Chicago right now. I have a dual career.. my W-2 is a building engineer in Chicago and I am also a real estate agent with Real Broker for the last four. I am part of Astroflipping with Jamil, Damji and very interested in creative financing with Pace Morby. I haven’t done any investing yet, but I definitely need to as time is slipping away day by day.
