Matt Rhule's Written Rule
From my lecture notes archive: Clarity creates execution. Players should be able to recite their job with precision—because if you can say it, you can do it. Write it down the old-school way. Pencil. Paper. Lock it in. Challenge: - Have each position coach define the 3 “musts” for their group. - Teach them clearly. - Then have players write them down and memorize them—because if they can say it, they can do it.
