Success! 🥳
Happy Days! Thank you Ed! Everyone still working the material, keep going, it's worth it! I'm excited to use this certificate to expand my reach with corporate clients who require certification. I'm also excitedly planning to incorporate the skills learned on the course into group work.

@Elena Zanfei I would love to discuss with you. As always, with many people 'selling' like this, you just start to become cynical that its helpful

@Elena Zanfei if you send me a private message, then we can set up something :)
How do YOU create 'inspiration'?
We've all been there, down in the dumps, lost hope, confidence, unsure of how to take the next steps and not wanting to do anything apart from just lie in bed and hope the day passes. But when you get that glimmer of hope back, it relights that kindle to start those flames again. So my question today is What do you do to create inspiration? - this could be for you personally, or could be for how you would do it for others Totally intrigued to hear your opinions, thoughts, personal experiences :)

@Anouchka Hanneman ha yes. But I knew this, least for myself. The post was more an intrigued to find out about others, to find out about you :)

@Kamil Prokurat I do something similar to this. Not always as sometimes I just need that moment to just not commit and have a moment to understand why I don't. But most of the time, I will go do that thing in the diary - mostly its some form of exercise/movement :) Like today - I really don't want to go to the gym, but I'm going!
How do you break your patterns?
A conversation I had recently with someone, they were feeling stuck within a cycle, this constant churn with no other door to open. It fascinated me the use of language, again as we know is the power of something like I feel trapped VS I am exploring. It got me considering, as much as I wanted to give advice and would have been very easy to say think about your why and what you want etc, but sometimes its just not that helpful for that person, which then overall during this conversation, it actually made me sit back and reflect more so on my own life, my choices, my views, my tools. So I ask this, putting coaching aside of others, but thinking more coaching of yourself: How or What do you do to break patterns?

@Anouchka Hanneman Yes I did notice how you started the orginal comment, but it felt it moved on as more advice for others, which was helpful, but this comment, Now I see the answer I was seeking. Thank you for sharing :) Some lessons in there to remind myself of for myself.

@Robin Dhara Almost like the old detention task - write it a 1000 times and it will stick 😋 but yes, we can rewire our hardware for sure. I believe this for sure. We continuously change also - a part of me is accepting those changes that will break my own patterns. For example, I had a group of friends, I left for a few years and when returned they treated me the same, I didn't laugh at something they said and they said I had changed, I then felt myself falling into old patterns which were not true for me, till eventually I stood up and said if you cannot grow with me then our time has come to a close. And thats what happened, it closed and my pattern shifted. Just a small example from myself
Everyday inspiration
I have seen several posts on inspiration now, commented on a few. Are you familiar with the Holstee Manifesto? If not check it out below and online. It’s inspiration to you, your client and maybe to your business, they started small:) it’s on my wall since 15 years and still gives me joy. What do you think?

I agree with this poster so much. It's how I live my life. I remember at school a teacher told me 'You dream too much', my reply was 'You don't dream enough'... I was 8... my mum got told at a parents evening. We feel this almost like jail sentence when we pick that job, move into that house, are in that relationship etc... like these things are forever and you have made your choice and now you must live with it. But it's simply not true. Someone told me a few years ago, you seem to do just everything - I said yes I guess I do - but why? - I simply answered: Why not? (there's your why)
