This is MASSIVE: Grokbot can now build real-time dashboards for paid ads and funnel metrics.
This is a big one one: Grokbot can now build real-time dashboards for paid ads and funnel metrics bringing everything together under one roof. Here's my current workflow now: Claude builds my funnels on top of LeadCapture using MCP Grokbot runs strategy and launch ads. Now it also builds live dashboards with Meta, Google and funnel data in one place, with multiple tabs, always running analysis and pulling data in real time. Prompt I used is below to build this dashboard👇 -- Build me a paid ads dashboard as a Page. Connect to my Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts, plus my LeadCapture funnels, and pull the last 30 days. Meta tab: spend, impressions, CPM, CTR, cost per lead, and a table by campaign, ad set and creative. Show Meta-reported leads next to real funnel leads, so I can see the gap and my true cost per lead. Google tab: campaigns, top keywords and search terms, CPC, conversion rate, cost per lead and impression share. Funnel tab: drop-off at each funnel step, leads by source and campaign from UTMs, consent capture rate (TrustedForm/Jornaya), whether conversions are syncing back to Meta and Google, and lead quality (contacted, qualified, sold). Also include funnel forensics metrics to identify step optimization ideas for A/B tests. Add filters for date range, channel and campaign, a daily trend chart, and a short "what to fix this week" box. Refresh it every morning at 7am. The part I love most is seeing Meta's leads next to real funnel leads. That gap is where your true cost per lead lives.

@Onno Hobusch I think Claude has something like Grokbot now, Duet or something?

@Onno Hobusch yes you can get it here now https://leadcapture.io/masterclass/ai-driven-reporting/#prompt and here's the prompt below: Build me an interactive dashboard Page that connects my paid ads to my real LeadCapture funnel results. Use my connected Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LeadCapture accounts. Pull funnel data (views, starts, step completion, submits, Funnel Forensics, consent, conversion sync, lead status) from LeadCapture, and match leads to ads using UTM source, campaign, ad set, and ad. Global filters: date range (7, 30, 90 days, default 30), channel (All, Meta, Google), and campaign. Tabs: 1) Overview - Total spend, platform-reported leads vs real LeadCapture submits, true CPL (spend divided by real submits), cost per sold job, and contacted, qualified, and sold rates. - Daily trend chart (spend, reported leads, real leads) and a split by channel. - "What to fix this week": 3-5 numbered, specific action items based on the data. - Experiments table covering cross-channel tests: name, hypothesis, status (running, won, lost, queued), start date, primary metric, lift, confidence, next action. 2) Meta Ads - Spend, impressions, CPM, CTR, Meta-reported leads vs real LeadCapture leads with the gap shown explicitly, Meta CPL vs true CPL, and a daily trend chart. - Campaign, ad set, and creative tables, each with a lead quality score (based on the contacted, qualified, and sold rates from LeadCapture). - Experiments table for Meta tests (creative and hooks, audiences, CAPI optimization, form types). 3) Google Ads - Search campaigns with CPC, conversion rate, CPL, true CPL, and impression share (including share lost to budget and to rank). - Top keywords and search terms, flagging terms that should be added as negatives. - Daily spend and leads trend chart. 4) Funnel (from LeadCapture) - Step-by-step drop-off from page view to start, each quiz step, and submit.
Lead Network Weekly: Kitchen & Bath is live, plus loans and insurance coming soon
For anyone who's a verified traffic partner in our New Lead Network, here's the email that we sent out this week Form the email newsletter: Each week, you'll hear about new offers you can monetize and drive traffic to. Each week we'll send the latest offers, what's coming next, and anything you should pay attention to. *Current offers for approved partners* Bathroom & Kitchen Remodeling (South Florida): $56–$80 per lead The buyer is a remodeling company covering Palm Beach and Broward counties. Every lead must be a homeowner (single-family or condo) in one of those two counties, which means renters and anyone out of area are screened out. Each lead includes the project type (kitchen, bath or both), the scope (full, partial or small update), the budget range, the start date, the ZIP, and a phone number verified by text code. Accepted sources: Facebook, Instagram, Google Search and Display, YouTube, TikTok, Native, SEO and AI search. **Coming soon** Debt and business loans, paying $1 to $250 per lead Insurance: final expense and annuities **What to expect as a partner** - Our partner network is new, so please give it some time to grow. If you're getting this email, you're an early founding traffic partner. That means you get complimentary access to the network. - We're building more verification features. - Trust badges, trainings and more are on the way. **Weekly Partner Tip: Use bridge pages to own the first click** Say you find a partner offer you like, but you still want to own the first experience. That's what a bridge page is for. It's a simple page with your own branding, maybe with one or two quick questions, that sends visitors on to the partner offer. You can build one in LeadCapture in a few minutes. Why it works: - You build retargeting audiences. Your Meta, Google and TikTok pixels fire on your page, so you can retarget everyone who clicked, including people who never finished the offer. - Your ads get better data. Ad platforms optimize better when the pixel sits on a page you control, and you can send conversion events back to them.
my spooky AI workflow for funnels, ads, UGC, and more
From an email that I sent out this morning... ---- First, Happy Halloween This is one of my favorite days of the year as a dad. And not just because I get to see my kids all dressed up in their insane outfits, but also because for just a moment, I get to feel like a kid again. Anyway, I obviously can't email you candy (yet)... but I've got something better. Something worth about $10K for you. That's how much I'd price this if I were to sell this as a course, which I have no intention of doing. I rarely give a glimpse into my AI workflows and things I've figured out because I have a bunch of people copying me right now and I know this will get copied too. But this is so cool (and effective) that I couldn't sit on it any longer. So, I recorded a full breakdown of what I'm calling my 'Spooky AI workflow' for lead funnel and ad creation. The Spooky part? It's the fact that AI is becoming so good at all of this. In the video, I share how I'm using AI agents, mainly Grok Bot and Claude, to build lead funnels, create ads, make UGC video, and launch it all on Meta, like the attached images. And a lead capture funnel created with Claude + LeadCapture MCP BUT... Fair warning this video is NOT polished. No script. No structure. Just me brain dumping. That's on purpose. AI is changing so fast that anything I'd carefully produce today will be outdated in a few months. And for those of you who watch my videos you know how I roll. Uncut, raw, human and full of bloopers. Because hey, I'm still human. And I couldn't give a damn about vanity metrics. A few things I cover... (and good luck finding anyone in the funnel building space talking about this stuff until more people copy me). 1) The "brain." I built a central repo of how I think about marketing, brand, ICP, and strategy. Grok Bot and Claude both connect to it, so everything they create starts with my context. 2) Grok Bot is my strategy layer. One of my bots brainstorms angles and creatives with me. It made the Halloween "ghosted" ads and a UGC video of a guy in a ghost costume.

@Max Thornton thank you!! Same to you. Hope you had a great Halloween over there.
Seo
We do PPL and right now we are only doing paid ads to generate. But for Brand Building and to diversify traffic sources I want to give Seo a shot. I am close to buying a Seo Agent here but not sure. https://majamarketing.de/ Is anybody in here experienced with Seo and automated AI Seo content agents? If I would love to hear your thought on ai agents for Seo content. Thanks

This is a really good question. I'm pretty experienced with what I guess I'd call Old School SEO at this point. I'm not as focused on SEO as I used to be (mainly just to focus on other channels), but what I can say is when I do focus on SEO I use agents to do almost everything at this point. But so much has changed within even the last few months that I've lost track of what's effective and what works. Hopefully someone else can chime in
3 New Game Changing Metrics To Track For Your Funnels (No Form/Funnel Builder Is Doing This)
It can be hard to gauge the quality of traffic you're sending. Whether it comes from Meta, from Google, whatever. There are so many variables. Is the ad platform sending you qualified traffic? Is it your offer? Is it your ads? Is it something else? And there's not a lot of metrics that make it easy to see what's happening once somebody hits the page. You can open Google Analytics and look at session duration and bounce rates, but even those numbers are skewed. So I built a whole new way to look at these metrics inside your funnel. We launched three new analytics features. Now every single funnel shows three metrics. First is quick exits. This shows you who left within five seconds of a form appearing. If this number is high, it's usually the traffic, not the page. It could be the wrong people clicking through. That's pretty common with Meta, especially in your learning phase. Second is read not left. These are people who stayed longer than X seconds but never touched the form. They gave it a chance, but for whatever reason were not convinced. This tells you to work on your offer, your page, your copy. Quick exits tells you to work on your targeting, your ads, and the traffic coming from your ad platform and messaging. Third is start form. This shows you how many people were interested enough to get started with the form. When you see start form go up, it tells you something's working and you can double down on what's working. Then from there we give you funnel forensics. You can dive into every single funnel and continue to optimize from there. And taking it one step further, Claude and Copilot can use these metrics to continually help you get more leads. This is just one example of how we're thinking outside of the box to help people get access to data at a level that's never been given before through any landing page and funnel builder to actually k now exactly what to fix.

@Onno Hobusch that's amazing to hear! Yeah this feature was born out of some pains that I was experiencing around trying to understand what is even happening when meta traffic clicks through
