Well the money we have been waiting for has come in. My wife is not 100% on board about a hotdog cart business even though I have been planning for this for almost 2 years. I'm now stressing about this. It's almost over before it begins.

Any vendors that do fairs/carnivals in the Northeast on here? Or anywhere really? I want to commit and leave my current job eventually but I feel lost trying to make this life a reality. I used to travel with the "hell drivers" and I need the fair life back. I had a 10x10 lemonade tent custom made and I'm in the process of getting all the legal stuff wrapped up for the business. Is this crazy? Can I really make this work? How the heck do I book events? The supply side I have a fairly good grasp of from talking to vendors over the years at fairs. But there are other questions filling my head so here I am hoping to get some guidance and help.
