Communication is lacking

Not sure if I have ever seen this. But then again I typically like the rough property so I can get significant discount and renovate to force the equity.

Never allow tenant to repair anything. They do an absolutely terrible job lol

Gold for negotiations!!! This is exactly what you want. Yes get quotes on repairs of course but this is ammunition for disrespectful offers

@Frank Contreras yes specially when they are desperate and don’t have money for repairs. Am knocking that stuff off the price for sure

I personally don’t care for so called turn key as typically it’s lipstick on a pig. They have not done any actual repairs. They just make it look pretty. Much prefer seeing it raw to evaluate what it will need. Less surprises that way

@Frank Contreras never bought turn key, they are expensive and rarely are they actually turn key lol
