VIP Enrollment Is Open for 3 Days
A few of you have been asking about 1:1 support. Some of you also came from Superprof and know how frustrating it can be to get personalized feedback through a platform. So I've decided to open a small number of VIP spots inside the community. ⚠️ VIP enrollment is only open for 3 days each month. After teaching 100+ professionals, engineers, entrepreneurs, and students, I've realized something: https://www.loom.com/share/752407942af7483487719cb0e34bff66https://www.loom.com/share/752407942af7483487719cb0e34bff66https://www.loom.com/share/752407942af7483487719cb0e34bff66https://www.loom.com/share/752407942af7483487719cb0e34bff66 Most communication, executive presence, and leadership programs fail because people don't know: ❌ What they're doing wrong ❌ What to improve next (this is the biggest one) ❌ Whether they're actually improving So they watch videos, take notes, and memorize frameworks. So they watch videos. Take notes. Memorize frameworks. Then the big meeting comes. The presentation. The interview. The negotiation. And they freeze. Because communication isn't learned by consuming more information. It's learned through practice and feedback. Athletes know this. Musicians know this. Great communicators know this. To improve, you need reps. You need feedback. You need someone to tell you: 👉 Here's what's working. 👉 Here's what's not. 👉 Here's what to focus on next. That's why VIP includes: ✅ Monthly 1:1 strategy calls ✅ Priority support ✅ Communication feedback ✅ Accountability ✅ Discounts on Communication Intensives The goal isn't to learn more. The goal is to perform better when it matters. And it starts with the first pillar of the A.L.I.C.E. Method™: A = Active Listening. The best communicators ask better questions, listen more deeply, and improve faster because they get feedback in real time. ⚠️ VIP enrollment closes in 3 days and availability is limited. 👇 To enroll: https://www.skool.com/alice/plans

good video and great explanation
Confidence
Do you think strong communicators are naturally confident speakers, or do you believe confidence mostly comes from repeated exposure and practice under pressure?

repeated exposure but you can train to be a naturally confident speaker by being aware of your speaking volume and raising it. and staying at a higher volume for a solid month and then it will become a habit to where you sound like a confident speaker

I always wanted to create a community based on skill-building, not just motivation. Years ago, as an entrepreneur building a startup in London, I struggled with something many people don't talk about: Getting help in the moments that mattered most. I was ashamed to ask for help. Despite having a journalism background, I didn't understand communication across different environments and cultures. Whether I was in London, Buenos Aires, or Seoul, I often didn't know who to turn to when I was stuck. Over time, I realized something: What makes or breaks us is rarely a lack of information. It's how we handle the critical moments. The difficult conversation. The presentation. The meeting. The decision. The moment when pressure is high and the stakes feel real. That's why I believe we all need lifelines. And here, we can be those lifelines for each other. My philosophy is simple: We don't need endless training. We need practice. We need accountability. We need a safe place to ask questions when they matter most. The Daily Q&A started as a surrender experiment. What would happen if we asked the questions that could change the outcome of an important decision? You don't even have to ask a question. You can simply show up. Read. Like. Comment. Because we learn from one another. A reminder: The executive struggles. The engineer struggles. The founder struggles. The coach struggles. Today, I met with a coach who works with Olympians. He shared that he—and many of his athletes—struggle with perfectionism, performance under pressure, and self-doubt. Different titles. Same human challenges. We're all human. And sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is stop pretending we have it all figured out and ask for help. Thank you for being part of this little experiment. 43 members strong. Let's keep showing up for each other. 🚀
