genuine q, are you actually using AI in your ops or just talking about it?
ciao raga 👋 real question thats been on my mind. everyone in this space TALKS about AI and automation non stop but im curious how many of you actually run any of it day to day. for me its been a mix. some stuff i automated basically saved my life (follow ups, sorting fans, reminders for expiring subs) and some stuff i tried was pure hype and i dropped it inside a week. so im genuinely trying to work out whats real vs whats just noise. so tell me. are you using any AI or automation in how you run accounts rn? and if yes whats actually pulling its weight vs what turned out to be a waste of time? trying to learn from what works for you guys
my biggest fan was set to vanish and i had no clue
ciao raga 👋 found something on one of my accounts last week that genuinely rattled me. my single biggest active fan was already set to disappear and nothing i could see would have told me. heres the deal. on OF a sub either auto-renews or it doesnt. rebill on, rebill off. and a fan can have rebill OFF while still messaging you every day, still buying ppvs, still acting like your best customer. this guy had dropped like $600, chatted daily, i thought he was locked in for life. he wasnt. his rebill was off, so at the end of the cycle he was just going to poof, no matter how happy he was. i only caught it by accident. the scary part isnt the one fan. its that i had no way to see, across my whole list, who was set to renew and who wasnt. so my most engaged people could be quietly on a countdown and id find out only after they were gone. once i could actually see rebill status per fan i started flagging the high spenders who had it off and getting them to flip it on early, way before the cycle ended. i keep an eye on that in onlystack now (been on their advanced plan free a while) but even a manual check of your top fans rebill setting would probably shock you. do you actually know which of your active fans have auto-renew off right now, or is that invisible to you like it was for me?

the sale was already won. my chatter just answered too late
ciao raga 👋 something that quietly annoyed me once i actually looked at it. we werent losing sales because of price or content. we were losing them to the clock. heres what tipped me off. a fan messaged one of my accounts at like 11pm, clearly warm, "you up? been thinking about you 👀". prime moment to close. my chatter didnt get to it for almost 3 hours. by then the guy was asleep or bored and the convo was dead. that ppv basically sold itself if wed answered in the moment. instead, nothing. the thing nobody tracks is reply lag. everyone counts messages sent and revenue, but not how long a hot fan sat waiting. and thats the exact window where the money is. i started watching median reply time and, more useful, who's sitting unanswered right now so we hit them while theyre still warm. i keep an eye on that in onlystack these days (been on their advanced plan free a while) but even a stopwatch on your busiest hours would open your eyes. how fast does your team actually reply during peak hours? not "quick" as a vibe, an actual number if you had to guess?

i almost fired my best chatter because i was reading the wrong number
ciao raga 👋 nearly made a really dumb call a few months back. i had two chatters on one account and on paper they looked identical. both online roughly the same hours, both sending a similar pile of messages every shift. so in my head they were basically interchangeable. then i actually split the revenue by person instead of staring at one team total. one of them was pulling like 1.8k a week. the other was barely cracking 400. same shifts, same fan list, 4x the difference. and heres the scary part, the quieter one who "felt" lazy in the group chat was the one doing 1.8k. she was my top closer and i was about to cut her hours. what flipped it was just being able to see numbers per chatter instead of one blended bucket. revenue, ppv conversion, tips, all tagged to who actually did it. suddenly i knew who to clone, who to coach, and who was coasting. i track that in onlystack now (been on their advanced plan free a while) but even a manual tally per person beats judging by vibes like i was. real question, can you actually say which of your chatters made you the most money last week, or is it one team number right now?

counted my open tabs one night and felt genuinely insane
ciao raga 👋 did a dumb little experiment one night that kind of woke me up. i counted how many tabs and apps i had open just to run my accounts. it was eleven. the OF tab, a google sheet for fan notes, a second sheet for the chatter rota, whatsapp for the team, a notes app full of ppv scripts, a calendar, two more random ones i forgot why were even open. and heres the thing, the eleven tabs werent the real problem. the real problem was everything that fell into the cracks between them. id make a note about a fan mid-convo and it never made it into the sheet. id update the schedule and a chatter never saw it. money leaks in those gaps and you never even notice because no single tab is "wrong," the handoff between them just quietly fails. the upgrade that actually moved the needle for me wasnt a growth hack, it was boring, pulling chats, fans, the numbers and the team onto one screen so nothing has to survive a copy-paste between five tools. i ended up doing it through onlystack (im on their advanced plan, been free for me a while) but honestly even cutting from 11 tabs to 3 wouldve helped. real question for yall, how many tabs/apps are you actually running your accounts across right now? count them honestly lol
