@Joseph Groom :-) A real-gone, kid!
I disagree with your post
Would you rather someone tell you why they disagree with what you said or just leave your post alone. I have come across 2 posts in the last day that I don't' agree with what was said but the person that wrote the post is very passionate about what they are saying. Let them live in their post with a happy feeling and like-minded replies or show another side/opinion to the topic which could add a not so positive dynamic to the post?

Always give them your feedback - especially if it is me as I love to grow and better understand others' points of views :-)

@Mieka Clarke Of course, be constructive.
Who might benefit from my calmness & courage course? Videos 1 to 4 are free!
https://www.skool.com/the-calmness-in-mind-process-1165/about Basically, anybody who wishes to learn common sense life skills for a calm, optimistic, self-loving, courageous, and intention-led life, written by a person who has himself overcome crippling shyness, self-consciousness, anxiety, OCD and depression! Perfect for: 1. People dealing with anxiety, OCD, or depression. 2. Therapists seeking to expand their toolkit with new techniques, stories, and metaphors. 3. Parents aiming to raise calm, emotionally intelligent children through their own example. 4. Any thoughtful individual pursuing greater calmness, self-love, courage, and life direction. However, my work also targets potentially high-functioning intelligent, extroverted thinkers and those with complex personalities - who I lovingly call 'The Thoughtful Minds' who need to stop trying to fit in and become their true, unique and creative selves. I made this short video to try to explain this.

Busy… or Just Mentally Rehearsing?
Sometimes your mind feels productive. But it’s just rehearsing. Replaying conversations. Imagining worst case outcomes. Drafting messages you haven’t sent. Thinking without acting. It feels like preparation. It’s often anxiety. Repetition without action creates stress. How many hours this week were “mental work” that moved nothing?
