Welcome to the Sober Social Club
If you’ve landed here, odds are life has already handed you a few “learning experiences” — the kind that don’t show up in motivational posters. Most of us didn’t stroll into recovery because things were going great. We crawled in, limped in, or woke up one day thinking, “Yeah… this can’t be the plot twist my life ends on.” This space is for people who want to get better, stay sober, and laugh at the absurdity of the whole journey without pretending it’s pretty. Recovery isn’t glamorous. Sometimes it feels like trying to rebuild a house while it’s still on fire. But at least now you’re not doing it alone. What you can expect here • Daily check‑ins so you don’t vanish into the abyss • Honest conversations from people who’ve seen some things • Tools and routines that help you stop repeating the same disasters • A community that celebrates your wins and doesn’t flinch at your lows • Weekly calls where we learn, grow, and occasionally roast our past selves What I ask from you Show up. Be real. Respect the space. Don’t try to fix people — if we could be fixed with a few tips, we wouldn’t be here. Share when you can, listen when you can’t, and remember: nobody here is judging you. We’ve all danced with our demons; some of us even bought them drinks. If you’re up for it, drop an intro below — name, where you’re from, and what brought you here. If you’re not up for it, that’s fine too. Survival mode counts as participation. Glad you made it. Let’s build something solid out of the wreckage and turn this whole mess into something worth living for.
