What's the average close rate for referrals? I get that it depends on the quality of the leads. I'm just trying to get a ballpark.

I experienced negative credit reporting during the servicing transfer from Wells Fargo to Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing in June 2025. My loan remained in approved forbearance through August 2025. After I contacted Shellpoint on September 8, 2025, they auto-enrolled my loan in a modification that I never requested or authorized. Despite paying exactly as instructed, Shellpoint reported me more than 180 days late in September and October 2025, causing my credit score to drop by approximately 150 points. I have repeatedly communicated with Shellpoint, and I even paid the entire deferred balance in a lump sum to bring my account fully current and active. Despite this, Shellpoint continues to insist that the reporting was accurate and refuses to remove the negative marks. I am now seeking professional assistance to challenge and remove this inaccurate reporting from my credit history. Let me know what I should do at this point.
