As luck would have it I own a couple of children's nurseries in England. I can send to our manager to get their feedback if you would like. She wouldn't have budget or authority to sign up to something like you're offering but she would likely be the one to push for it. I know you've only got a little bit of space in a letter like this to get people interested but I know we also get a lot of letters that head to the bin quickly.
