FB Page Results
Hi everyone! On October 28, @Matthew Zivkovic shared a post about Facebook pages and even showed the results from one of his daughter’s pages. That really inspired me so on November 4, I created my own page. I do some posings on November 7, and then completely forgot about it. Dec 3, out of nowhere, I actually received a call from that same page! Super excited and honestly so happy with the results. 🙌 A big thank you to @Matthew Zivkovic for sharing such powerful and effective methods. Your guidance really works! 😘💖

Build a Free Static Website with AI (Gemini + OpenAI + Netlify)
Hey everyone 👋 I just launched a simple SaaS tool that lets you generate and host static websites for free using Gemini or OpenAI API keys — no coding, no hosting setup, no payments. 👉 Try it here: https://builder.smbifylocal.com/ 💡 What It Does - Connect your Gemini or OpenAI API key - Describe your business, product, or idea - Instantly generate a fully static website (HTML, CSS, JS) - Download or deploy it — completely free - ⚡️ Why I Built It I wanted to make AI website generation accessible to makers, freelancers, and small businesses — without charging for something you can run on your own API key. So this app doesn’t gate features or upsell. It’s open, fast, and totally free to use. 🔧 Tech Behind It - Built with Next.js - Powered by Gemini + OpenAI APIs - Generates static sites (SEO-friendly & easy to host anywhere) 🌍 Try It Free 👉 https://builder.smbifylocal.com/ Would love your thoughts, feedback, or feature ideas 🙌If you build something cool with it — drop your link below so others can see what’s possible!

Risk Of Government Fines In California For Lead-Gen Sites?
I noticed a huge amount of the top paying LeadSmart zip codes are in California, so I started to make some California sites. But recently I was talking to a friend who is very experienced in LeadGen and he says he completely avoids California because of a risk of government fines. He says he was involved in a scenario where the lead buyer (local business doing preventative pest control) was fined $40,000 for "false advertising". He claims there is a law that you must disclose the actual lead buyer's company details/license number etc. on the actual lead-gen site itself. Do you guys know anything about this and have you ever encountered similar issues in California? ——————————————————————— He also sent me this: ——————————————————————— No, lead generation websites are not illegal in California, but they are subject to strict laws, particularly the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and federal regulations like the TCPA. Violations can occur through deceptive practices, misleading consumers, or failing to obtain proper consent for data collection and marketing calls/texts. The laws primarily regulate how lead generation is done, focusing on transparency, consent, and data handling.

I’m not familiar with that law but nothing about California surprises me. I left recently after 45 years couldn’t take the regulations anymore.

@Kyle Campbell I have 2 I think but probably won't renew the domains. I've never had any issues since I don't live there anymore not sure how they could enforce anything.
Domain Verification
Has anyone else been stuck trying to verify their website? I have re-entered the TXT and CNAME fields a dozen times and still am not getting the website verified. Is there something I am missing? How have others gotten past this issue?

Yes what are you trying to verify?
CPP 2 question
For the people using CPP 2, I know if you were to use all the cities on the xl spreadsheet it would cost alot of money. How are you extracting the cities and counties you want to use?I've been using Chatgpt but thought there might be a better way.
