Happy Mother's Day
Hello loverly community, Happy Mother's Day to all of you. We are all Mother's to ourselves, our friends, our pets, our co-workers!!! What is a Mother's Day memory or moment or person you celebrate today? For me it's my Mama Lena, she is my African Mama that raised me with kindness and love and so much ancient wisdom. She used to carry me on her back in a blanket cocoon as she worked around the house, and she called me "big Eyes". She died 24 years ago and I still think of her every day!

I totally agree with both Beth and Gina. Each of these points help round out yourself both mentally and physically. At any given time each of these points resonate, depending on what’s going on in my life currently. Right now I’m gravitating towards number two, which is a big reason why I’m on this reset.
A goal for this week.
Hi everyone, how are you doing with the 21 day reset? What are you all focusing on this week? I am going to Portugal in two weeks time and have not been eating so well, this week I am going to focus on clean eating and exercising every day!! Anyone else want to share a goal for this week?

I have to embrace patience! Seems like ever since I reached out to join this community, life has decided to come at me from all angles, lol. At times, it’s manageable, but more so it becomes overwhelming. I just have to remember to work on my patience, reestablish my calm to move forward effectively. Awareness of what I have to focus on is huge so! I’m not only trying to work on patience for this week, but I think it’ll be wonderful for it to become a habit.
