@Olav Grongstad thank you. The prescribed dose was 1mg and I was taking 0.5 per day and most recently 0.25 per day. So if I stopped I’ve almost been weaning myself gradually anyway. I spoke to the company that supply my minoxidil and they offer a very low dose 0.2mg topical finasteride spray and say oral finasteride users find it much better without the side effects. I don’t suppose you know of good natural DHT blockers? Saw palmetto perhaps?

0.25mg is a quarter of a very small 1mg tablet. Hard to make them any smaller. I could perhaps stop the oral finasteride now and wean myself off on the low dose topical spray?
