One thing I’ve learned on this road trip… kids don’t just need bathroom breaks—they need wiggle breaks. 😂 Every time we stopped, I let them run. Sprint to a tree, race each other, do jumping jacks—whatever it takes to burn off some energy before getting back in the car. I’ll share a video because they crack me up. (Yes… I even made them race to my aunt and uncle’s house when we got here. 🤣) Then my oldest said something that really stuck with me: “Mom, this is the most fun I’ve had with you in a while.” ❤️ That one hit me right in the heart. It reminded me that while I’m building something I’m incredibly passionate about, these little moments matter just as much. So I’m making a conscious effort to unplug a bit this week and be fully present with my boys. Don’t worry—I won’t disappear! My boys and I are going road trippin this coming weekend. Is there anyone along our path we should stop and say hi to in person?! OR Do you have a recs on places to stop on our adventure?

When Codex and ChatGPT began merging parts of their platforms, the workspace where I’d been building 6DegreesApp suddenly looked like it had disappeared. Did I remain calm and confidently trust that everything was fine? Absolutely not. 😂 There was a brief spiral, some frantic searching, and a very real “Did I just lose the entire app?” moment. The good news: the app was still there. We found the original build, reconnected everything, and uncovered a few beta issues along the way—including a Supabase login connection that needed fixing. Because of that, changes have been made since the original beta links went out. If you’re a Founding Member, please use the newest testing links located in the Founding Members module rather than the original links. This is exactly what beta testing is for: finding the messy parts, fixing them, and making the experience stronger together. I’m building something ambitious, learning in public, and occasionally panicking in public too. I’m human!
