@Anurag Seth good question! The 1st branch is the automation for scheduling the post. The 2nd branch is for approval purposes. The email contains the contents that will be posted through out the week and If I see something that I do not like or I have to change I can just click a button and edit it directly in buffer

A Calendly link is not a booking system.
It's just a place where no-shows happen. Most agencies spend thousands generating leads... Then lose 30–40% of booked calls because nobody follows up after the booking.
