I visited my hometown of Woodstock, Illinois recently! And they opened a new coffee shop called Wheelhouse Pottery and yall! The espresso was light with a lemon note 🤌🏻 so if you find yourself in the groundhog city highly recommend

The area of Chelchele is known for producing exceptional coffees. The region's altitude, soil, and climate create ideal growing conditions, and the community's expertise in coffee farming has solidified its reputation as a coffee-growing hub. This selection underwent “Honey” processing, which involves removing the outer cherry after harvest, but leaving in-tact the inner mucilage layer during drying; striking somewhat of a midpoint between the increased fruit sweetness of a natural and the clarity of a washed.
