Practice drawing your fades further and buffing out that hard line with your edgers, shaver & clippers with a lever so you can adjust the blade accordingly to have more of a clean fade.

Let’s Talk…
Someone offer a topic to discuss, doesn’t even have to be serious or productive lol could be just funny barber/stylist encounters and funny common situations etc. let’s make it interesting!!

@Ivy Rice personally I use wubbies and tuck them into the shirt before putting the cape on & folding it over 😉
What’s up everyone? It's Hanzala here.
I've recently joined this community because I spend a lot of time working with Barbers and how they handle bookings, calls, and client flow behind the scenes. One thing I’ve learned: Skill fills the chair once, systems keep it full. I joined because I like being around operators who care about both craft and business. From what I can see, that’s what this group is about. Looking forward to learning from you guys and talking shop, especially around building a consistent, loyal book. Where’s everyone cutting from?

@Muhammad Hanzala nice! Yea I think it’s be pretty fun to be able to offer automation for small businesses especially having owned & ran one so I know the pain areas to help with. Also something that can be done remotely part time which is key for my situation since I still cut.

@Muhammad Hanzala yea I’d need a hand getting started as I have no experience.
