First seven days sober in years and I decided to test it hard with 2 Halloween party’s last night. I stayed strong and kept the course. 1 week isn’t much, but I’m pretty damn happy about.

What’s up everyone? I’m Joey from Nashville Tn, 44 years old ready to get my shit together for good. I’m here because my drinking has gotten out of hand, I’m no longer able to have just a few. It’s always off to the races now. I’ve been drinking 5 out of 7 days a week for awhile now. That shit has to stop. Time to stop finding any excuse to hit the beer store.

1st sports game I’ve been to with no alcohol!!!! And it felt great!
