4 contributions to The AI Advantage
This seems like a waste of time
I think it's safe to say that using AI for writing is a waste of time. I don't know about you but I have yet to see AI write something that doesn't sound like it was written by AI, no matter the amount of prompting. I've given up trying to use it to write copy for anything, but I have found it incredibly useful in other ways. Who here is writing code and building websites or new tools for themselves and their businesses using AI? I've found Claude code to be the most significant help in terms of using AI to grow my business. AI might not be able to write something decent, but it can certainly code far beyond my capabilities and in a fraction of the time. I'd love to hear what you're currently using AI most effectively for in your business or life?

@Kristy Eide are you sure the copy isn't recognisable as AI? I've seen plenty of people claim their AI is writing great copy but when I read it, it's clearly AI generated. Even the posts written in this community by "Tony Robbins" are obviously AI generated, and their AI has lots of content to work with and supposedly expert level prompters😅

@Fifa Tran I also use claude, and it is better than Chatgpt, but it still falls short of natural, written copy. Maybe I just haven't cracked the code yet, but I also don't think I've seen anyone else crack it either😅
“I will persist until I succeed”
“In truth, one step at a time is not too difficult. I know that small attempts, repeated, will complete any undertaking. I will persist until I succeed. I do not know how many steps are necessary to reach my goal; success may be hiding behind the next bend in the road. I will never know how close it lies unless I turn the corner.” — Og Mandino, The Greatest Salesman in the World I love this quote from this simple but powerful book… He also says “when did we start to believe that the prize was at the beginning of the journey when it always is at the end” One step at a time… Day by day… You look up in a few months and realize how far you’ve come… Let’s stay positive, focused, and don’t let the inner self-doubt speak too loud and don’t let negative voices with sometimes ulterior motives question your desire, and your path…

The challenge is to keep a clear eye on the direction you're headed while also only focusing on the next step. When you focus on the next step in front of you, you stop noticing how much further you still have to go, and so you get there sooner than you expect. But if you don't make sure you're headed in the right direction every once in a while, you might find you've travelled a long way and wound up somewhere you don't want to be. Finding that balance is crucial.
My Biggest Takeaway
What an amazing first day learning more about AI. For me, one of the biggest takeaways was how positive and optimistic the future actually looks, and how much influence I can have in creating that beautiful future with my contributions. I'll be honest, I was in tears of joy by the end of the state change exercise that Tony took us through at the end. It's something I help my own clients with, but going through it in that way with Tony was such a wonderful way to finish off an already great session.

Where is everyone from? That’s a wrap - what was your biggest takeaway?
Hello new friends! Would love to know where you are from!! 🤗 Houston Texas here. Biggest takeaway for me: It’s not AI that will replace my work, it will be those who learn the tools. 🤯
