Few questions for the ones selling AIOS:
Few questions for the ones selling AIOS: - What tool stack are you actually using and why? Is it same for each client - How do you tackle the overwhelm for your clients when explaining the AIOS? - What is your business model, one time payment or retainer? - Anyone willing to share their framework? :) - Is there a specific niche you're focusing on? Thank you! Currently doing some pilot trajects with some entrepreneurs, but still figuring out lots of things.

@Mofedul Alam Joy Thank you so much! Unfortunately im not at the right level yet to DM you, but in case you can, could you text me? Would love to compare our set ups. What do you think of Obsidian as data / context base? And could you share bit more about your pricing strategy, what is included in a retainer for exmaple?

@Tawin Tangsukson Yess, good point to show the results instead of how it works. However i'm working with Obisdian as context layer so they kind of need to learn how to work with it as well. How would you deal with it?
Is anyone actually selling AI OS builds to clients?πŸ€”
Not trying to be negative, genuinely asking. cause I see a ton of people building them (myself included) but barely anyone talking about actually closing a client on one. single automations? easy sell. "this follows up with your leads automatically." done. business owner gets it in 10 seconds. but try explaining an AI OS to someone whos still running everything off spreadsheets and email lol. they dont want a "system" they just want to stop losing leads or stop drowning in admin work every morning. so whats actually working here? are yall selling the OS as a product? or just building it under the hood and selling the outcomes on top? would love to hear from anyone whos actually closed one of these πŸ™ or anyone struggling w the same thing honestly. lets figure this out together

@Dev Wagh I position it as the first layer that they actually need in order to work with AI & Automation. We need one place where everything lives. Once we have this we can work on automations. That's what I tell them. Right now I'm finding them through LinkedIn outreaches
