Hengaw – Monday, September 7, 2026 Two Kurdish teenagers from Takab, Siamak Mofidi, 17, and Soroush Enayati, 16, have been arrested by Iranian security forces during raids on their family homes and transferred to Tehran for interrogation under heightened security measures. According to information obtained by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Iranian security forces raided the family homes of Mofidi and Enayati in Takab on the evening of September 5, 2026, and arrested them without presenting warrants. Sources familiar with the case said the two teenagers had been working at a café in Tehran in recent months.
