@Hugo Alexander Thanks! I was planning to hone some AI skills like n8n, etc and start working as a freelancer and then eventually maybe agency/consultancy kind of model. So will start with a niche and then doing some outreach for working with clients.

@Kj Hutchinson yes for each it is stored and those with nothing just says not available. This clickup account only I have access so no one else has access so no idea but I think it will give access to team members.

@Kj Hutchinson This was just demo run part of the course. Plan to use for my own prospecting for maybe a different niche. As a service this won't be much helpful for clients as this just scrapping internet for cold leads, it would be better to build a funnel of interested warm leads rather than this, I guess.
